Tulane football head coach Curtis Johnson announced that redshirt freshman Tanner Lee will be the team’s starting quarterback when the Green Wave kicks off the 2014 season against Tulsa on Aug. 28 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lee will become the first Tulane rookie to begin a season as starting quarterback since 1976.
