New Orleans will experience a slaughter unlike any this city hasever seen before: a Maybach Massacre. To the uninitiated, theMaybach Music Group is a record label run by rap mogul, formercorrections officer, and – as far as we’re concerned – the onlyperson to ever rhyme “Atlantic” with “Atlantic,” Rick Ross. Rossand fellow rapper Waka Flocka Flame have dubbed theirmuch-anticipated show at the UNO Lakefront Arena on Feb. 10 “TheMaybach Massacre.” Since the release of his debut album “Port ofMiami” in 2006, Rick Ross has been a hip-hop sensation, rappingabout anything from being a boss (“IMA BAWSSE”) to selling massivequantities of controlled substances. Though Flocka is a relativenewcomer to the scene, his hard-in-the-paint-hitting verses andverbal dexterity will no doubt establish him as a force to bereckoned with.

His upcoming album is slated for release sometime in the comingmonths. If you can get down with some big-time arena rap, then youshould check out the Maybach Massacre. It is sure to be a realbloodbath.
