A man called Tulane University Police Department this morningsaying he had planted a bomb in Richardson Memorial Hall. 

Administrators have ordered an evacuation of all buildings inGibson Quad. TUPD and the New Orleans Police Department arecurrently searching Richardson Memorial, and they have foundnothing suspicious, Tulane Public Relations Director Mike Streckersaid. However, they are still searching the building.

TUPD does not know any details about the caller, includingwhether he is affiliated with Tulane.
