New Orleans Book Festival promises captivating talks, renowned speakers

For three days, Tulane University will host the New Orleans Book Festival, beginning March 10 and running through March 12. 

The festival will feature over 100 national, regional and local authors. The festival includes panel discussions, moderated conversations and keynote lectures open to students and families. 

Speakers of note include Malcolm Gladwell; Marc Morial, president of the National Urban League;  Sandy Rosenthal, best known for her work on levees.org; Jon Meachum, presidential historian and James Carville, political strategist and former Tulane professor.

Cheryl Landrieu and Walter Isaacson will co-chair the festival.
