Carrigan Elise English (she, her, hers) is a freshman studying political science and communication. Carrigan is originally from Bossier City, Louisiana. She is a General Associate for The Hullabaloo and would one day like to work within the scope of political journalism, such as at The New York Times or another news source. Carrigan’s name comes from the movie “Casper: The Friendly Ghost.”
