Man fires gun into air after being denied entry to Boot

A man tried to enter The Boot Bar and Grill in the early morning of March 25, was denied entry and walked into the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library rear parking lot and fired a pistol into the air, a Tulane University Police Department report said.
Then, the man reportedly ran through campus to Freret Street. No one was injured.
Police identified the suspect as a “non-affiliate” of Tulane on March 28 alongside a visual description of the suspect. There is a warrant currently out for the suspect’s arrest.
