Tulane Women’s golf opened their season with a fourth place finish at the Green Wave Classic on Sept. 12-13. Last season, the team finished as champions of the American Athletic Conference.

Carla Bernat was Tulane’s best golfer, finishing 6-under, which was good for 11th. Cleo Liu was right behind her finishing 15th. As a team, Tulane shot a respectable 10-under, but was 22 shots behind the eventual champion LSU Tigers. 

Tulane will next travel to Greenville, South Carolina to play in the Lady Paladin Tournament hosted by Furman University.
