Tulane professor Amy Gajda publishes book on privacy

Tulane law professor Amy Gajda’s book, “Seek and Hide: The Tangled History of the Right to Privacy” published April 12 and discusses privacy rights in a world that is only becoming more digital.
The book was recently featured in the New York Times book review. It outlines the history of the right to privacy in the United States, including issues of the first amendment and freedom of the press.
Gajda also explores issues of privacy in the past and connects them to modern understandings of the issue.
