Tulane University Police Department officers responded to a report of a vehicular burglary at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday at University Square at 200 Broadway Street.

The reporting person said that she walked away from her vehicle for several minutes and when she returned, she observed that her window was smashed out.

Her laptop, wallet and several other items were missing from inside the vehicle.

Officers could not locate any cameras in the area, and the stolen electronics did not have tracking software installed.

The Criminal Investigative Department was notified of the incident.
