A student reported to Tulane University Police Department on Thursday that her house on the 7300 block of Maple Street was burglarized.

The student said that when she returned to her house she discovered that several personal items and cash were missing. She told officers that sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Thursday, an unknown person entered her house through a window and removed the items.

There were no signs of forced entry and the student’s window was unlocked.

TUPD and New Orleans Police Department are investigating the incident.
