An off-campus resident reported to Tulane University Police Department that she had seen a suspicious person crouching outside her window around 1:40 a.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Broadway Street.

The TUPD daily activity report states the reporting person said she saw a shadow of a male figure outside her residence before the figure left the property. She was unable to provide a description to police because the window had plastic blinds, which prevented seeing outside the residence.

The residence was a multi-family unit, and the reporting person said she believed all the residents were away for spring break. She said it was possible the unknown person was trying to visit another unit.

Police responded to the scene and were not able to find anyone or any evidence in the area.
