The United States Men’s National Team and the Wales National Football Team drew 1-1 in their first World Cup game. Both teams have two more games to try and advance out of the group stage.

The United States opened the scoring when Christian Pulisic played in Tim Weah who coolly slotted the ball past Welsh goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey in the 36th minute. After Walker Zimmerman committed a foul in the box, Wales found an equalizer from the penalty spot when Welsh star Gareth Bale equalized in the 82nd minute.

Both teams are next in action on Friday, when the U.S. faces England while Wales takes on Iran.
