The second Tulane Student Film Festival is seeking submissions from students.

The festival is planned for April 19 at the Woldenberg Art Center.

Last year, the festival awarded over $1,000 in prizes to five winning films. Student filmmakers can submit before an early deadline of March 1. The final deadline is March 21, and the festival plans to release results by March 31.

Professor Jolene Pinder’s Film Festival’s class hosts the event. Submitted films come from students, but the festival encourages the greater community to attend the April event.

Filmmakers can submit work at filmfreeway.com/tulanefilmfestival-1.
