None of the three candidates received more than fifty percent of the votes in the original election Tuesday and Wednesday.

According to data from the ASB Elections Committee, 986 undergraduate and graduate students voted in the first election. Kang received the highest number of votes at 424, 41.94 percent of the votes. Hostetler, who ran as a write-in candidate, received 31.65 percent of the votes with 320. Sophomore Brian Nakhaimousa, who will not be moving on to the run-off, earned 242 or 23.94 percent of the votes.

Though Hostetler ran as a write-in candidate in the first election, her name will appear on the ballot Friday.
