Krewe of Cleopatra Parade

Break from tradition and celebrate Valentine’s Day with a parade this February 14! Before the Mardi Gras celebrations begin, let us honor the Egyptian Queen of the Nile. In 1972, the club was founded as the first Carnival club for women located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. For 31 years, Cleopatra has proved her motto true time and time again: “Her Beauty is Timeless, Her Age is Now-Forever”.
