On Nov. 9, Tulane and Loyola students, faculty and staff gathered on Freret Street and marched to the President’s House on St. Charles Avenue as part of the national “Shut it down for Palestine” walkout. Breaking News Editor Lindsay Ruhl and Digital Director Hannah Levitan talked to protestors at the walkout, along with students at other recent events related to the Israel-Palestine conflict.
