Luxury pajama brand Roller Rabbit hosted a college-themed pop-up on Monday and Tuesday by Tulane University as part of its Southern pop-up tour, which has included stops at Louisiana State University and the University of Florida. The event was held at the Audubon Clubhouse, just off campus grounds.
Hundreds of Tulane students attended the pop-up, which began at 10 a.m., with some forming lines hours before opening to purchase the limited-edition Tulane-themed pajamas.
Each purchase came with a free Roller Rabbit tote bag, phone wallet and stickers and a complimentary popsicle from Big O’s Original Pops on Monday or donut from District Donuts on Tuesday.
Pajama sets were priced at approximately $150 per set, drawing the portion of Tulane’s student body that is fashion-conscious and willing to spend extra on expensive lifestyle brands.
Sophomore Ava Goggin arrived at the pop-up before opening.
“I loved it. I feel like these kinds of collabs and events only pertain to big SEC schools, so it was fun to be included,” she said. “I think a brand that caters to college aged students … should make [merchandise] related to universities because people love representing their colleges.”
The Tulane stop is part of Roller Rabbit’s broader strategy of bringing campus-specific merchandise directly to college communities through short-term retail events.
