The Tulane University Police Department notified students of a fondling incident on Tuesday morning near the Boot Bar and Grill.

Police say the victim was standing with friends in the street of the 7100 block of Zimple Street, outside the Boot Bar and Grill, around 6:30 a.m., when an unknown subject grabbed their genital area before fleeing towards Audubon Street. 

The suspect is described as a five-foot-10-inch Black male wearing a light-colored hoodie and is not in custody. TUPD and the New Orleans Police Department are currently investigating.
