As of March 15, Tulane University has administered 18,557 COVID-19 tests during the spring semester.

There are three active COVID-19 cases — one student and two employees. Tulane has a 1.1% seven-day positive testing percentage, compared to New Orleans at 0.8%. Following city ordinance, Tulane lifted its indoor mask mandate on March 3.

Pfizer officials recently requested approval for a fourth dose of their COVID-19 vaccine for senior adults, based on Israeli data.

Tulane affiliates who have tested positive for COVID-19 or who have been in close contact with a positive case should submit a COVID-19 reporting form.
