A 58-year-old woman crashed into the Rite Aid located at 3401 St. Charles Avenue around noon on Monday. 

The woman reported that she lost consciousness before the accident and couldn’t recall any details. 

No bystanders were seriously injured and the woman was transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. 

New Orleans Police Department is currently investigating and does not know the cause of the crash.
